Totus Tech SMS Campaign – Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS communications from Totus Tech, you agree to the following
terms and conditions:
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Totus Tech,
you consent to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from us.
These may include updates on products, services, events, promotions, and company
news.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 30 messages per month.
3. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 7632948894 After you send
the message “STOP”, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive
SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, simply opt-in as you did the first time, and we will start sending
messages to you again.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at

6. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received in
connection with our messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan
(please contact your mobile carrier for pricing plans).
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate in our SMS
campaign.
9. Modifications
Totus Tech reserves the right to modify or terminate the SMS service at any time. We may
also change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be eAective
immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you via SMS.
